We survey each room — its size, aspect, glazing and insulation — and specify the exact output you need.

How much does air conditioning installation cost?
A single wall-mounted unit typically starts from around £1,800 fully installed. Multi-room and multi-split systems cost more depending on the number of indoor heads and pipe runs. We give a fixed written quote after a free survey.
How long does installation take?
Most single-room installations are done in a day. Larger multi-split systems can take two to three days depending on pipe routing and the number of indoor units.
Do I need planning permission?
Most domestic installations fall under permitted development, provided the outdoor unit meets size, siting and noise conditions. Flats, listed buildings and conservation areas may need permission — we'll advise during the survey.
How much mess is involved?
Very little. We drill a small hole for the pipework, use dust sheets throughout and clear up fully. Most customers are surprised how tidy it is.
