ClimaTight is the air conditioning and heat-pump side of the Gas Tight Northwest Group — the same Rochdale engineers people have trusted with their heating for years.
We started out keeping Rochdale warm. Gas Tight Northwest has spent years installing and servicing boilers across the borough, and one question kept coming up: "Can you do something about summer, too?" As homes get better insulated and summers get hotter, more people want to control their climate all year — not just switch the heating on in October.
So we trained up, gained our F-Gas certification, and launched ClimaTight to do air conditioning properly. Same family business, same tidy engineers, same straight talk on price — now with modern heat-pump systems that cool you in July and heat you in January, all from one quiet box on the wall.
Because we come from the heating world, we obsess about one thing most air con firms gloss over: running costs. We size systems to be efficient, not oversized, and we'll happily talk you out of a bigger unit than you need.
What you can expect

All refrigerant work is carried out by F-Gas certified engineers, fully insured, and left compliant with a certificate for your records.

We recommend the smallest system that will do the job well, so you spend less up front and less every month to run it.
